- 3-5 experience with Quality Center, QTP and BPT.
- Experience working on multiple Quality Center upgrade projects.
- Experience moving test artifacts from old to new version of Quality Center.
- Experience migrating Quality Center to a new hardware and DB platform.
- Ability to interface with management and handle knowledge transfer to the existing systems administration team.
- Test automation experience using HP QTP, BPT in various environments such as VB, Web, SAP, Java etc.
- Experience in creating automation framework for regression testing.
- Ability to work with various business groups to orchestrate the test automation.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in using HP LoadRunner or HP Performance Center products.

Engagement Manager/Project Manager HP Testing Technologies such as Quality Center, Performance Center, Business Availability Center and Diagnostics. As an Engagement Manager you will be ultimately responsible for the overall success of large-scale customer projects and programs. This position is an equal mix of project and customer management with hands-on technical responsibilities. Responsibilities include: Managing the relationship with the customer’s technology team and customers’ executive leadership, including the CIO, CTO, Business Sponsor, etc.

- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing project performance (budgeting, forecast, resource allocation)
- Excellent presentation and project management skills; ability to effectively interact at C level
- Technical documentation skills
- Dynamic leadership; demonstrated ability to engage and inspire team

- Senior Automation Engineer MS or BS with 5+ years of exp to include HP Testing technologies (ALM, Quality Center, QuickTest Pro and Service Test).
- Understanding of internals automation tool development.
- Build 3rd party integration using HP QTP or QC to optimize/impact the behavior.
